Online Ordering Policy
A receipt sent by electronic means or another form of confirmation does not signify Rumilights acceptance of your order, nor does it establish an offer to sell. Rumilights can, for any reason, accept or deny your order, at any time. All orders placed must receive pre-approval with a suitable payment method. Rumilights reserves the right to provide less than the quantity ordered of any item, without prior notice to you, and at any time. Additional verifications or data may be required before we accept any order.
In the event of a credit card chargeback which is consequently found to be in error, you agree to rectify the error within 10 days of receiving notification of such error. You also agree to pay Rumilights a dispensation of $50.00 USD for any chargebacks found to be in error. You confirm and approve that this amount will be charged against your credit card. Additional monies due will be paid via money order or bank cashier's check and in USD currency within 30 days from date of the notification of the error.
Paying via Credit Card
You attest that you are the cardholder of the credit card and the legal user the data submitted. Rumilights investigates all cases of possible credit card fraud. Credit card information is provided directly to the credit card issuer. Your credit card will be billed upon receipt of your order.
Rumilights does not hold credit card information in our database. Your credit card information is never seen. Clicking on a link to place an order redirects you to our credit card processor to enter and process the transaction. You will receive an email from the credit card processor with your order number. Products will not be shipped until we have a full authorization from the credit card issuer.
In the event Rumilights lists an item on our website at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to typographical error, or due to an inaccuracy in pricing or product information as received from our suppliers, we possess the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Seginus holds the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your bank account charged. If your bank account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled for these reasons, a full refund will immediately be issued to your bank account for the amount of the charge.
