Item Availability
The shipping timeframe and quantities for products listed on the website is updated constantly. We aim to provide our customers with accurate product availability as much as possible. Due to customer demand for products within the lighting industry, stock may become depleted prior to our next scheduled update. Seginus Lighting cannot be held responsible for these instances. In cases of lead times exceeding the standard timeframe, we will contact you before your order is processed.

Warranty
The products offered on our website have a warranty associated with each specific manufacturer, Seginus Lighting does not itself warranty the products sold on the website. Replacements and returns arising after 30 days from the invoice date must be made through Seginus Lighting according to the manufacturer's' terms. Manufacturers' information may also change without notice. Please contact our customer service department via our contact us form for more questions.
Product Photos and Item Finishes
- Note that product images supplied to us by the manufacturer will not always display all colors, finishes or variants. Verify all the options presented for the fixture to choose the correct one for your application.
- Some products offer various options and a picture of every product and option is not always available. In these situations, we offer the closest image possible to give an accurate depiction of the product.
- Slight variations in product finish/color may occur
- Fixtures made to order, require hand-crafted work or other special touches, are all considered custom work and contain slight differences that make the product unique.
- Seginus Lighting cannot duplicate the colors of our products to the color as viewed on a computer, tablet or mobile phone. Each device shows colors a little differently, and the colors of products may often vary from lot to lot. Seginus will do our best to show you an accurate depiction of the color of our products
- Unless otherwise noted, light bulbs are not included with fixtures. Many lighting manufacturers provide hard-to-find or special bulbs along with the fixture. But, due to damage during shipment, easy to locate or readily available bulbs are not included with the fixture. These common bulbs can be found at any local hardware and/or lighting store.
