Exceptions to Shipping Fees:
Please be advised that truck freight charges may apply to large or heavy items, and a surcharge may be added for special orders. Any such charges will be communicated to you via email before the order processing takes place. Additionally, any other special charges will either be clearly listed on the product page or conveyed to you via email prior to order processing.
Seginus Lighting reserves the right to charge your account for the total cost of freight to and from the destination, as well as back to the manufacturer, for any shipment that is refused. Refusal of a shipment incurs a restocking fee(s) of up to 100% of the invoice amount for regular fixtures (varies by manufacturer) and 100% for custom fixtures.
Please note that deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes, and all shipments are subject to stock availability.
For orders destined for locations outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada), the shipping costs displayed on the website are not applicable. We will contact you with a specific shipping quote for your approval. In the event that the customer opts to cancel the order at that time, Seginus Lighting will honor this request without penalty. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any taxes, duties, fees, including brokerage fees, associated with the purchase.
